Dwarka Delhi

One of the lately developed areas, Dwarka sub city is positioned in South-West Delhi and is in close proximity to the corporate hubs of Gurgaon. Dwarka was recently accorded as the largest suburb and residential area in Asia. Accessibility 

Road: Dwarka has a strong and well-connected road network constructed to modern specifications to each of its sectors and surrounding areas.

North: While entering from the north direction, one can find a 45-meter-wide road connecting Pankha Road for which the work was completed, and the road opened for the public in 2007.

West: While entering from the west, there is a 60-meter-wide road connecting Najafgarh Road was constructed. East: While entering from the east, there is a 45-meter-wide road through Cantonment area with a fly-over near Palam.

Metro: Dwarka is expected to be connected to Gurgaon by metro soon due to its close proximity to the NCR town. A special metro line known as the Airport Express line has also connected Dwarka to the Indira Gandhi International Airport. It is well linked by metro rail with the city center and other major parts of the city.

Residential Sectors: Each of the residential sectors has been planned to be a self-contained community and has been constructed for a populace of around 30,000 each. Area of each sector is approximately 81 ha. Every sector is bounded from all sides by of 45 and 60-meters wide roads. A network of cycle tracks and pedestrian pathways has been planned within each sector which will link the housing clusters and their facilities within each sector.

Metro is the major mover of the people within Dwarka area. There are 10 Metro stations in the Dwarka sub-city.
